Hello. Does anyone have an idea on how much it will run me to have a contractor finish a full bath in my basement? It's already roughed in for a toilet drain and sink drain. But, I would like to add a 4' shower/tub, also. Thanks.
I am looking for a quote to install a new bathroom. The job will entail removing the old bathroom, fitting the new bathroom, floor and wall tiling, fitting an integral power shower and cutting and fitting 2 worktops for vanity units.



The house plans call for a 12' x 16' deck and he already has the footing poured for the deck. The price of the deck is included in the price of the home. The roof is on and the house is framed with windows in, thats as far as he has gotten. O.K. I asked how much to finish the deck into a screened in porch. Never be afraid to try something new.

Required: Carpenters - Replace rubber tiled kitchen floor with wood which I can buy from my local hardware shop. It is a small kitchen and the floor area is not very big.


Required: Kitchen Fitters - To install: new worktops - same as existing configuration. Remove/Replace (or possibly install new one) existing gas hob. Remove / Replace (or possibly install new one) existing electric oven. Install New Sink / New Tap. Need to know if work all possible and get an estimate. Thank you.


Required: Plumbers - Remove radiator from living room and possibly move another radiator further down the wall,


Required: Cleaners - Professional domestic & commercial cleaners; carpets cleaning and upholstery cleaning. House Cleaning in London.


Required: Decorators - Painting (including paint) of flat door which has recently been replaced(not street door). The door has been given base coat. I assume coats are required.


Required: Tiling Specialists Remove existing tiles and prepare walls. Tile around bath (all tiles supplied by the Client), tile floor, fit new tower radiator, replace lights (labour only), fit new plasterboard to ceiling.


Required: Builders - rear extension


Required: Electricians - Rewiring faulty connections on three ceiling spotlights and exterior (to the rear of the house) motion sensitive light plus repairing movement sensitive light at the front of the house or replacing it (I have a spare).


Required: Gardeners - Garden needs clearing, weeding, general tidy up and maintenance
