Hello. Does anyone have an idea on how much it will run me to have a contractor finish a full bath in my basement? It's already roughed in for a toilet drain and sink drain. But, I would like to add a 4' shower/tub, also. Thanks.
The house plans call for a 12' x 16' deck and he already has the footing poured for the deck. The price of the deck is included in the price of the home. The roof is on and the house is framed with windows in, thats as far as he has gotten. O.K. I asked how much to finish the deck into a screened in porch. Never be afraid to try something new.
